Elena Crespo has more than 15 years of experience in advising national and international companies and private individuals in matters of civil and family law.
Her creativity and initiative helped to build a professional multicultural team, specialized in different fields of law, highly motivated and client orientated.She has a wide range of experience dealing with complex cases with an international element, applications for removal of children from the jurisdiction and child abduction, parenting plans, shared custody, cross border visitation rights, etc.In all areas of work, Elena is highly experienced and offers a great deal of care and commitment to her clients, whether that be negotiating an agreement or, when necessary, contentious court proceedings.She participates regularly in training programmes to achieve personal growth.
Elena was born in San Sebastian (Basque Country) and holds a law degree of the University of Navarra. She also obtained the title of Administrative Manager and a Master’s degree in Tax Management and Consultancy from ESADE. She is a member of the Bar Association of Guipúzcoa (San Sebastian) and prior to joining the firm as a partner, she worked as a solicitor for Aresty International Law Offices P.C in Boston, García & Martín Abogados, Servicios Inmobiliarios Laura S.L. and for Dominguez Gui Abogados (now known as Cremades & Calvo Sotelo).
She is a member of several professional associations such as:

- Member of the Association of Spanish Family Lawyers (AEAFA)
- Member of the international organization Reunite Child Abduction
Out of the office
Elena is a very curious, restless and proactive person. Her constant urge to learn and her devotion for other cultures, made her found an international education project in Barcelona, with focus on Dutch and English culture.
