Lic. Martijn Bressers is a licensed FIFA agent, his licence issued by the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF N º. 508) and advises as attorney / FIFA agent to football players about transfers and national-and international recruitment.

 

The Regulation which governs Football Agents regulates the activity of Agents and the prohibition of using the services of a person who does not hold a licence.

 

The scope includes transfers and contracts involving Spain and the other countries of both UEFA and FIFA. The holder of a FIFA Players Agent License has signed the principles of the code of ethics, pledging with his signature to exercise their profession on the basis of the principles in the code.

 

The service includes:

 

- Advice and representation of football players, professionals and amateurs, coaches and managers, and sports clubs and corporations, negotiating rights and obligations, contractual relations and national and international transfers, terminations, compensation (for training and solidarity mechanism), etc.

 

- Advising with respect to image rights, television, advertising, sponsorship and merchandising.
